Backward and forward step buttons don't work

Newest NM version.

I have data for whole October for XAUUSD.
I set 02.10.2023 as starting date.

Chart loaded and now I want to move forward - I only see notification "End of Data" but I have data for sure, because when starting the backtest - I can select any day from the October.

At the same time - the backward button doesn't work as well - no matter which timeframe I pick. No message appears.

The "Play" (automatic forward) button doesn't work for me as well - also shows "End of Data" message.

Thanks for your report.
It looks like your data is corrupted. Could you please delete your XAUUSD data and download it again ?
Let us know if it works after that,
It could fix your other issue here as well,

Ok, clearing and re-downloading the data fixed issue of back & forward & play buttons.
However I don't know why I'm unable to download all data.

For forex.com it shows available data till 19/11/2023 yet it downloads only till 20/08/2023

The XAUUSD symbol data has been refreshed for the Forex.com broker, you should be able to download all data now

Ok, I was able to update the Forex.Com data, but now when I want to start backtesting, I only get to the window "Create new Backtest" where I selected XAUUSD, picked Starting date as 07/11/2023 and I press "Next" - nothing happens. no message - stays in the "Create new Backtest" window...

Strange, but it worked after several times.... now it works.
However I still experience the issue mentioned in the "Backtest always loads data from the beginning" bug.
