Weird vertical zone linked to "go to date" feature (?)

When using the "Go to date" feature, it sometimes leaves a weird grey vertical zone... but not especially at a date where we decided to jump to. It seems very random. I only understood that it was probably because of the "go to date" feature, because it looks as if the little visual effect of jumping to a date got frozen. You can also see in the screenshot that it is highlighting the date in the time scale. It's not an object nor an indicator. I can not interact with nor remove it.
