The Data download process sometimes takes too long, and all the windows behind this download screen remain inaccessible. (See attached screenshot)
Ideally the UI design should be such that the main window is floating and kept separate from the Data Center and Download screens (windows). Atleast the user can explore the software and do something else, instead of being stuck on the download process?

Thanks for your post, but this is not a bug. It works as intended.
If the download process is too long, maybe you downloaded too many symbols at the same time or your internet connection could be slow.
We voluntarily locked the download screen because, in other windows, you could need the data you are downloading.
That being said, we could allow the use of the Rule Manager meanwhile, thus it does not need Symbols data.
