Arrow up & down keyboard shortcuts are bound to text object

Hi,

I recently noticed that both arrow up and arrow down keyboard shortcuts are bound to creating a text object. Inserting arrows from the Insert menu works normally, so the shortcuts are bound to the wrong function.
