I have many bugs, sending emails and no responses making my software no use. Please help! I have sent emails explaining many times for over a week!

We replied to your email. However, if you have any question or issue with NakedMarkets, please send us an email to support@naked-markets.com or to contact@naked-markets.com.
Since you sent us emails to feature.requests@naked-markets.com, we don't have the same reactivity. This email address is dedicated to process incoming user feature requests.
And as explained in the email, this is not a bug. You can't place orders within the spread range (between bid and ask value), just like in real time trading and your margin is limited, depending on your lot size and account size.
We will maybe add this to the FAQ since we already had the same question in the past.
