Timeframe ignored on user rules

If i use a default rule such as "Top pinbar" I am able to set the timeframe to weekly and it will only be triggered if the rule is triggered at the weekly timeframe level

However if i do the same with a user rule the timeframe is ignored and tied to the current chart timeframe even if the the timeframe is set to weekly in the rule
