It would be great to have an indicator that would allow me to mark specific time periods, like when the London session is open. FT has iSessions, which draws a box around the price action during the designated time period.

That would make it easier to backtest time-based strategies like the London Breakout.

Maybe there's one already, but I couldn't find one.

A new indicator, dedicated to highlight the trading sessions will be available in the next release.

I was going to second this idea and am very pleased to see it will be in the next release

If needed this basic indicator can be easily improved.

Would it be possible to automatically set session times when adding sessions indicator using GMT timezone provided in backtest settings?
Or alternatively manually setting times and allowing to store new values as default values?
