Update version 1.0.8430

New update available, 1.0.8430, with the following modifications :
- New features :
* New Rule called "TakeProfit % R" (in Price value category). It sets automatically the TP in entry rules and exit rules (for TP) by giving the %R : viewtopic.php?t=113.
- Bug fixes :
* Auto save entry rule stoploss when changing only the core rule : viewtopic.php?t=130
* Rule conflict when the same rule indicator used exactly at the same time in exit and setup rule : viewtopic.php?t=118
* Manual spread size not always used when specific GMTs used : viewtopic.php?t=140
* Bad update dates in datacenter in specific cases
* ...
The next update with user requests included will hopefully be released within 1 week
