[Tiny] Update version 1.0.8416

New update available, 1.0.8416, with the tiny modification :
- add possibility to automatically request a refund from the help menu.
- fix a specific GOLD symbol bug
- add the SetIndexColors() function in API (used by MQL5 indicators to use different colors on same lines)
The next release is on track, with bug fixes and feature requests included, it will be released max in the next 2 weeks, as commited here.
