Hello, there is, maybe a bug that an object, when about to be inserted (held under cursor but not inserted yet) on chart is automatically inserted once scrooling chart. This can be replicated, for example with horizontal line.

In fact, this is intentional to drop the current drawing object on the chart when the user start scrolling.
When the user wants to add a graphical object on the chart, we assume that the chart is not scrolling because the user is focused on the object and usually he doesn't need to scroll.
