Rule Manager windows partially unseen

Hi Team,
Attached please find. As the title suggests, I can't see Rule Manager window with my 13.5 inch monitor.
Luckily enough, I found a way to solve that problem. It's resizing display size within display setting, like decreasing from 200% to 150% or 100% for instance.
But I guess some more responsiveness or flexibility should be given to any windows with resizing function embedded within windows, to name a few.
