I have something tangentially related to this request.

I'd like to be able to type into the "starting date" field to enter the date directly. Currently we have to click on the calendar and select year, month and date each time and that is too slow.

Update: After some time, while backtesting, the EMA went back to normal. Probably changing the time frame caused a recalculation and fixed it; too bad I didn't notice it in time. Putting the correct behavior by default under MT and TV themes looks like the best solution to me because traders who prefer TV will want that behavior and those poor guys who prefer MT would expect its default behavior.
