Despite our efforts to reproduce the issue, we were not able to do it.
It's likely that the latest release fix this problem : viewtopic.php?t=67.
If it's not the case, could you give us a backtest file containing this issue ?

But we prefer to add a new Fibo tool to avoid confusing the users. This is a good idea to use negative values to easily implement it however we are afraid it's not very intuitive.
It has been added in the roadmap and will be added in the next release
