IF I hire someone to hire to convert the trading view indicators I use into programming language C# will they have access to the platform to be able to complete the task?

I want to use some indicators that are open source on trading view. Can you add these please? or point me in the direction of how I can get them converted as I don't have the skills to do it myself.
